All our products are sold in EUR, we have a currency convert function on our site so that you may se approximately what the cost will be in your currency. Have in mind, even though it mostly is accurate, sometime the currency may change and your bank may charge you slightly higher than expected, this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for it.
All product information and technical specifications contained in Tasnim Collections are for guidance only.
We make every effort to ensure that images and specifications displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product, it would be prefered to look at more than one screen for more accurate perception of the colors. Please note that smartphones and tablets generally make the colors highly saturated and disorted.
Since we make all clothes after order the rolls of fabric can sometime be a different shade from order to order. Therefore we can’t guarantee that you’ll recieve the same exact color as before. However we always send one package with the same fabric from the same roll.
Tasnim Collections strives to get an as accurate length and measurements of your product as possible, but all measurments are approximate due to the nature of manufacturing. Variations up to 2.5 cm / 1 inch may occur.
We always try to maintain to supply you with the fabric requested, sometimes we may be unable to fulfill an order. In this instance, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. All our clothes are made after order.
Cancellations & changes:
If you wish to cancel your order we urge you to contact us as soon as possible.
If you have ordered a size that is considered standard size (130-150 cm abayas, 160-180 cm jilbabs, 90-105 cm skirt or sirwal, petite for shorter clothes are still considered our standard sizes) then we can change or cancel your order up until it have been packed.
If you have made a custom order, smaller or larger than our standard sizes we can change or cancel it as long as the clothes haven’t been cut by the tailors yet.
If your order have been sent and you refuse your package you will not get a refund. This is because it is no way for us to get the package back and we will have to pay the shipping companies extra charges from our pocket to deal with the package.
All of our products must pass through a quality checking process before they are dispatched to our costumer. If there is an unlikely event of a defect or damaged item, it should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Our aim is to make sure you will be happy, we will, depending on the problem offer you a discount, partial refund, full refund or a replacement garment. A refund will be issued to the same account where you payed from.

– Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return and that the package is delivered.
– Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your request.
– To return an item please contact us by filling out this > contact form < and we will answer you with how to return and send you the return address.
– Tasnim Collections have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy.
All orders are shipped directly from Morocco to the costumer.
As for shipping cost we calculate it by weight, you will see the shipping cost in your cart in sha Allah.
It generally takes our tailor about 7 – 20 days to finish your product and quality control and packing 2-5 days. All our products are made after order which is the reason why we can provide you with so many color and sizing options. How long it takes depends on how many orders we have. Please note that before ramadan and Eid is high season with heavy load of orders, that means we expect orders to be sent out slower than normal.
However due to an unexpected heavy load of orders the tailoring time is delayed at the moment and might be longer than we normally expect. When you place an order you accept that the tailoring time might be delayed. We cannot specify exactly how long your specific order will take, we do however aim to make the orders as soon as possible.
Please note that you as a costumer is responsible to provide accurate and complete adress and name, including all necessary information for the shipment to be successfully delivered. If this requirement is not met and the shipment cannot be delivered the costumer is responsible for the shipping fees to re-ship the goods.
Import duties and taxes may be charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Customs might also slow down the delivery to you since they can hold it. If you have any questions related to customs charges or time you are advised to contact your local customs office.
