  • Do you deliver to my country?

    We deliver to most countries alhamdulilah. The countries we have pre-installed in our shop we always ship to. However if your country isn't already installed, please email us and we can check if its possible and calculate shipping for you.

  • How much is shipping costs?

    Shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of your order and to where it will be sent. We don’t take any extra for packing and handling, only the price the post office requires.

  • How long does it take from order to delivery?

    It generally takes our tailor about 7 – 20 days to finish your product and quality control and packing 2-5 days.  All our products are made after order which is the reason why we can provide you with so many color and sizing options. How long it takes depends on how many orders we have. Please note that before ramadan and Eid is high season with heavy load of orders, that means we expect orders to be sent out slower than normal.


  • How can I track my package?
    We always send your order as a traceable package, you can either track the order with the tracking number and link that you get on a email in sha Allah.
    You can also use We also now send out emails upon updates on your package delivery status.
  • Will I have to pay custom fees in my country?

    Packages from Morocco to USA is always free from taxes and customs due to the countries trade agreement alhamdulilah. However other countries, import duties and taxes might be charged once the parcel has reached the destination county, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges or taxes you are advised to contact your local customs office. To Europe there is a customs and tax free way to ship, just choose "Shipping via Spain".


  • My package haven’t arrived yet, what can I do?

    The best way to know where your package is, is to trace it, if its in your country then we highly recommend you contact the post office in order to get more information. If for some reason the package hasn’t arrived in the destination country after expected time please feel free to contact us so we can solve it. Never worry though, we take full responsibility for all our packages 🙂

  • I want to refuse the package that have been sent. Can I get a refund?

    If you choose to refuse your package we will have to pay Aramex or UPS a fee just for the package do be destroyed, which is the only thing we can do it a situation like this. This means we will not get the clothes back and we will not be able to issue any refund for you. 


Returns, cancellations & exchanges:


  • Can I return my order or a part of my order? If so, how?
    We accept returns within 20 days of order delivery on a few conditions:
    • All merchandise returned must be unworn and unused. 
    • We only accept returns on standard lenghts of our abayas (130-150cm) jilbab (160-180 cm) or skirt/sarwal  (90-105 cm) and do not accept return on lengths that are shorter or taller than these sizes due to them being considered custom made. 
    • Custom made order are non returnable.
    • Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return, and also responsible that the package arrives to us, therefore we recommend traceable shipping. 
    • Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your request.
    To return an item please contact us on our contact form, and we will answer you with how to return and send you the return address.
  • Can I change my order?

    Yes, if you have ordered a standard size (130-150 cm abayas, 160-180 cm jilbabs, 90-105 cm skirt or sirwal) then we can change your order up until it have been packed. If you have made a custom order or smaller or larger than our standard sizes we can change it as long as the clothes haven't been cut by the tailors yet.

  • How do I cancel a order that hasn’t been shipped?

    Please email us or use our contact form as soon as possible to cancel your order. Don’t forget to include your order number. 

    Have in mind if you have ordered a custom size or a size that is considered custom like the smallest or largest sizes then we cannot cancel a order that have been cut and made buy our tailors.  

  • I forgot to pick up my package from the post office/ I wasn’t home when the post tried to deliver and now they sent it back, what will happen now?

    Please contact us as soon as possible, we usually have to wait until the package gets back to us before we can do anything, this will be solved over email in sha Allah.

  • Will my postage be refunded if I change my mind and return the items?

    No, shipping costs won’t be refunded since they are already payed to the post office.

  • What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

    Please contact us as soon as possible so we can solve the problem. 


Sizing, fabrics & models:


  • How do I know what size to choose?
    We highly recommend you measure yourself in order to get a good size suitable for you. You can also look at the size guide on each product page for guidance.
    If you still feel uncertain about which size to choose, email us and we will give you advice in sha Allah.
  • Whats the difference between your Noor and Maryam abaya?

    The difference of the two abayas is in the sleeve, while the Noor don’t have any sleeves, only a cuff, the Maryam have a very wide cut (so called batwing cut) as well but have more of a sleeve. 

  • I can’t find the color or fabric I’m looking for, where is it?
    The colors and fabrics we have up on our website is the fabrics we have available at the moment.
    If you can't find a color that you have seen/bought before, it is now out of stock. We can’t be sure when it will be back in stock but we will work on getting as many colors as possible back.
  • What fabrics do you use?

    Both the lightweight and mediumweight are made out of a beautiful, flowy high quality polyester based fabric from Korea. 




  • Do you have a store I can visit?

    Tasnim Collections is currently only a online store.

  • Can I reserv a item?

    Unfortionatley is not possible to reserve a color or item, most often however we have the colors in stock at least a few months.

  • I want to sell your products, can you send me wholesale information?

    Please fill out or form for wholesale inquiries and we will contact you when possible.

  • If I email about my measurements, can I be sure only women handles them?

    Yes! For your comfort we are only sisters who reads and answer all the emails and messages on social media.

  • Do you have any discounts available for me?

    We don’t have any discounts available for items not made yet, however we have a outlet page where we post discounted clothes that have been made already. Clothes that might have been cancelled, returned, made extra or similar, but of course all new items. These items are however limited to what we have in stock.


Placing a order:


  • How do I place a order?
    Choose the items that you want to order on our website. Click on all the options you would like and then add the item to the shopping cart. 
    When you have added all the items you want to buy, continue to the check out and fill in your shipping information and pay for the order. 
  • Can I speak to someone before I place my order?
    Yes, you can contact us via this  > link < here on the website, email or Facebook.
    We will help you and and answer all the questions you might have in sha Allah!
  • How do I understand what the options are used for?

    Under each product we have a guide for the options to see a explanations with pictures of all options available for that specific product. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

  • I didn’t receive a order confirmation

    First check if the email maybe was redirected to the junk mailbox. If it is not there either, please email us and we will help you in sha Allah!




  • What payment methods do you use?

    We accept payments by Pay Pal, credit or debit card (via stripe) as well as bank transfer, Western Union and wafa cash.

  • Can I pay with PayPal?


  • Why is my card being declined?

    Please check with your bank if you can make internet purchases, especially outside of your country. Mostly this is the problem.
